As part
of our consulting services, the Institute makes available to clients a library
of tools and resources for program planning, design, implementation and
evaluation. Many of these tools have been developed by Beyond Shelter over the
years, while some tools have been collected from other service providers with
proven track records in addressing homelessness, chronic poverty, and/or
welfare dependency. These tools include:
•
Sample case
management, housing and employment forms
•
Marketing
materials for landlords and property management companies
•
Examples of
innovative rental subsidy programs
•
Tenant
education curricula
•
Sample
inter-agency MOUs and referral procedures for agencies to Housing First
programs
The following resources,
which include presentations and papers, are offered as a public benefit to
individuals and agencies interested in further education and information on
topics related to Beyond Shelter's key program methodologies, and "housing
first" or rapid re-housing in particular.

following presentations illustrate the types of training curricula Beyond
Shelter offers to agencies and localities. Training material is often
